Ans. Whether you are a small, mid size or large corporation, you do not require any servers database etc. to host this solution. Our software follows the Software as a Service model where it is hosted on our secure servers and on our backed-up databases. You don't have to configure anything or setup any server or do any tricks with your networking. The software is available to any licensed user having internet access. 2. How do I judge the number of licenses I need to acquire.

3. How does it work ?
Ans: In brief it is a system which allows you to evaluate or test prospective employees or even current ones based on tests that you or we can design for you based on their Job description and/or profile. Its 2nd release also envisages a compensation management, goals review and e-learning system for employees. All this shall be provided to existing licensees as well.
