Do you charge separately for AI tokens and API usage?
No. AI token costs — OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and others — are absorbed into our engagement pricing. You get a clean, predictable bill with no usage-based surprises eating into your budget.
What does the complimentary blueprint include?
Before any MVP or full-team engagement, we produce a solution blueprint: proposed tech stack, architecture overview, feature scope, team composition, and a phased timeline. You keep it regardless of whether we proceed.
Can I start with automation and move to a full build?
Yes — and many clients do. An automation sprint often surfaces product opportunities that lead into an MVP Pod engagement. There's no friction in escalating scope.
What if the MVP doesn't meet expectations?
We operate milestone-based sprint demos every two weeks. If deliverables consistently miss the mark, you can disengage without contractual friction. We prefer to earn retention through quality, not lock-in.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Most of our clients are in the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East. All communication, sprint demos, and project management are aligned to your timezone. We're a remote-first company by design.
What's the minimum engagement?
An automation sprint is the smallest engagement — typically 2–4 weeks with a defined scope. For product builds, we recommend at least an 8-week MVP sprint to deliver something meaningful and deployable.
